Abashiri Champon Study Group is working hard for dietary education to make Abashiri Champon the taste of the region.They visit nurseries to do picture-story shows, teaches at social study class in elementary schools and domestic science class in middle schools.By doing that, they wish that people feel Abashiri Champon as something to look back when children become an adult and come back to Abashiri to enjoy Abashiri Champon.

網走ちゃんぽん研究会では、「網走ちゃんぽんを郷土の味にしたい」との想いから、保育園での紙芝居や小学校での社会科授業、中学校での家庭科授業など、広く食育活動に取り組んでいます。この活動を通して、網走ちゃんぽんに慣れ親しんだ子どもたちが、いつか大人になった時に網走ちゃんぽんを懐かしんで欲しい。
