تشترط الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 من الاتفاقية أن يصدر متعهد النقل المتعدد الوسائط مستند نقل متعدد الوسائط يكون، حسب اختيار المرسل، في شكل قابل للتداول أو غير قابل للتداول.
