وفي حزيران/يونيه 2013، أذن ممثل الأمين العام بتصفية الأصول الموجودة في حساب صندوق الهبات المخصصة لمكتبة الأمم المتحدة، لدى شركة ”Fiduciary Trust International“، وهي الجهة الخارجية المكلفة بإدارة الصندوق والقيِّمة عليه.

The Representative of the Secretary-General has authorized the liquidation of the assets of the United Nations Library Endowment Fund account with Fiduciary Trust Company International, the external fund manager and custodian, in June 2013, the proceeds of which will be converted to euros for transfer to the euro cash account at the United Nations Treasury’s cash pool.

El Representante del Secretario General ha autorizado la liquidación, en junio de 2013, de los activos de la cuenta del Fondo de Dotación de la Biblioteca de las Naciones Unidas con Fiduciary Trust Company International, gestor externo y custodio de los fondos, cuyos ingresos se convertirán en euros para ser transferidos a la cuenta de caja en euros en la cuenta mancomunada de la Tesorería de las Naciones Unidas.
