And upon AAFC issuing a Certificate of Stand Establishment certifying the establishment of eligible perennial cover upon the Lands, AAFC shall issue payment of the qualifying sum for achieving this establishment, calculated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, but subject to any adjustment to account for any seeding overpayment found to have been made to the Eligible Applicant.

Lorsqu'AAC aura délivré un certificat d'établissement de peuplement attestant l'ensemencement des terres en plantes vivaces admissibles, AAC effectuera un paiement d'un montant admissible concernant cet établissement, paiement qui sera calculé selon les modalités, sous réserve de tout rajustement pour tenir compte d'un versement excédentaire aux fins de l'ensemencement au participant admissible.
