Changes have been introduced for the purpose of improving motivation and reducing turnover in the field of social work with children and families: the new Classification of positions in the administration[footnoteRef:16] grades the position of a “social worker” in three groups, respectively, in descending order: Chief Social Worker, Senior Social Worker and Social Worker.
