وقصدت المقررة الخاصة مستشفى نيبالغونج وقابلت فيه ثلاثة أشخاص يعالجون من جروح ناجمة عن الاصابة بالرصاص خلال عملية قامت بها الشرطة في قرية دونغال آشهام.

The Special Rapporteur also went to the hospital in Nepalgunj and interviewed three persons who were being treated for gunshot wounds sustained during a police operation in the village of Dungal, Achham district.
