Pursuant to articles 25 and 26 of the Law on Penal Execution, no. 7210, of 1984, the former shall receive state protection, with the associated guidance and support to reintegrate them to society, including the provision, when necessary, of shelter and food until such time as employment can be secured.

A tenor de los artículos 25 y 26 de la Ley de Procedimiento Penal no 7210, de 1984, los condenados por error judicial recibirán protección estatal, orientación y apoyo para reintegrarlos a la sociedad, incluidos, en caso necesario, alojamiento y alimentación hasta que puedan conseguir un empleo.

Conformément aux articles 25 et 26 du règlement pénitentiaire n° 7210 de 1984, les condamnés victimes d'une erreur judiciaire bénéficient de la protection de l'État ainsi que de conseils et d'une aide afin de se réintégrer dans la société; ils peuvent, en cas de nécessité, être logés et nourris jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient trouvé un travail.
