ولكنني فقط أتساءل: إذا كان ذلك الفريق العامل سيبدأ العمل، هل سنبدأ من الصفر تماما؛ هل سنصل إلى النقطة حيث لا يوجد توافق للآراء، فقط لكي نواجه نفس المشكلة التي واجهناها قبل سنتين أو ثلاث؟
