To restore the balance between the institutions, in the new agreement in 1990 the Ministry of Justice succeeded in creating 56 posts for the health unit, for general practitioners and specialists in psychiatry, gynaecology and obstetrics, paediatrics, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition and occupational health.

Como contrapartida institucional, en el nuevo convenio en 1990 se logra la creación de 56 plazas para el Área de Salud por parte del Ministerio de Justicia, entre médicos generales, especialistas en psiquiatría, ginecología – obstetricia, pediatría, odontología, enfermería, farmacia, nutrición y salud ocupacional.
