I understand that you cannot comment on this particular issue, but the application that the Environment Agency is considering will increase emissions of nitrous oxide, sulphur dioxide and hydrogen chloride into the atmosphere around Port Talbot, so I am sure that you will understand that there is a great deal of concern among residents about the application.
