The burn victims are shop owner Mahmudul Hasan, 38, shop's manager Shafiul Azam, 45, shop's staff Motaleb, 12, and Ibrahim Khalil, 36, pedestrian van driver Jahirul Islam, 60, Abdul Latif, 70 and Maksudur Rahman, 26, security guard Jakir Hossain, 25, and hotel worker Ujjal, 25. Moreover, Shammi Akhter, 19, a BBA student of World University and Iffat Ara, 20, student of Electrical engineering at Nothern University, received burn injuries as they were passing in front of the shop when the accident took place.
