1 GDPR, aby GLS mohla řádně plnit povinnosti vyplývající ze zasílatelské smlouvy a z platných vnitrostátních i mezinárodních právních předpisů a z mezinárodních sankčních ujednání (embargo) a dále se zavazuje, že pokud bude GLS předávat osobní údaje příjemců či jiných zúčastněných osob, bude se jednat pouze o údaje, které jsou získávány a zpracovávány v souladu s GDPR, jsou přesné, odpovídají stanovenému účelu a jsou v rozsahu nezbytném pro naplnění stanoveného účelu, tak aby je GLS mohla v souladu s GDPR použít pro poskytování požadovaných zasílatelských a přepravních služeb.

1 GDPR in all persons participating in the business relation between GLS and the Sender, esp. in the Recipient, so that GLS could duly comply with the obligations arising from the Forwarding Contract and from other applicable national and international legislation and of international penalty clauses (embargo), and further undertakes that if GLS transfers personal data of Recipients or any other participants, it will only be the data which is acquired and processed in compliance with GDPR; it is accurate, is in accordance with the given purpose and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed so that GLS could employ it to provide required forwarding and shipping services in compliance with GDPR.
