ويرى الفريق أنه ما لم يكن هناك نشر ملائم للمسؤولين الحكوميين عن التعدين، لن يكون هناك ضمان موثوق به ويعول عليه للموارد الطبيعية لكوت ديفوار ومن ثمَّ إعادة إقرار الموثوقية الدولية لقطاع الماس في البلد.

It is the opinion of the Group that as long as there is no proper deployment of Government mining officials, there will be no credible and reliable safeguard of natural resources in Côte d’Ivoire and no consequent re-establishment of international credibility to the country’s diamond sector.
