وهذا يحول دون معاقبة الشروع بارتكاب بعض جرائم الفساد مثل عرض الرشوة على موظف عمومي التي لم تلقَ قبولاً المادة 190 وعرض الرشوة على موظف عمومي أجنبي المادة 190 مكرَّراً.

This prevents the punishment of attempt to commit certain corruption offences, such as offering a bribe to a public official that is not accepted (article 190) and offering a bribe to a foreign public official (article 190 bis).
