ويبدأ الاستهلاك في الشهر الذي تحوز فيه المنظمة أصلا معيناً وتتحكم فيه وفقاً للمصطلحات التجارية الدولية ولا يسجل أي استهلاك للأصل في الشهر الذي يجري فيه إخراج الأصل من الخدمة أو التخلص منه.
