Verfahren zum nachträglichen Einsetzen von Durchsteckverbindungen bei erhärteten Betonschwellen, wobei diese von beiden Seiten her zur Bildung einer Stufenbohrung angebohrt wird, wobei vor dem Bohren die Schwellenoberfläche mit einer über die Bohrung ragenden Markierung zum passgenauen Aufsetzen einer Schablonenplatte mit einem mit der Bohrungsachse fluchtenden Passloch aufgebracht wird, um die an der Schablonenplatte befestigte Durchsteckverbindung exakt in der Bohrungsachse zu halten bis die anschliessend von der Unterseite eingebrachte Vergussmasse erhärtet ist.

The invention relates to a method for inserting through-connections into hardened reinforced concrete transverse elements, which are perforated on both sides thereof in order to form a stepped bore, wherein the transverse surface is provided, prior to perforation, with markings projecting outside the bore in order to make it possible to arrange a template which comprising matching holes aligned with the boring axis in an accurate and adjusted manner, thereby making it possible to exactly hold the through connection which is fixed to the template in the boring axis until the casting compound that is subsequently cast from the bottom is hardened.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la mise en place après coup de fixations traversantes dans des traverses en béton armé durcies qui sont percées des deux côtés afin de former un alésage étagé. Selon l'invention, la surface de la traverse est pourvue, avant le perçage, d'un marquage faisant saillie au-delà de l'alésage afin de permettre la pose précise et ajustée d'une plaque gabarit comprenant un trou d'ajustage aligné avec l'axe de l'alésage.
