Во-вторых, помимо того, что решение вопроса об иммунитетах и привилегиях предусмотрено самим соглашением о его создании, упомяну, что речь идёт не о дипломатических привилегиях, а о служебных иммунитетах, как и в случае с упомянутым мной Международным комитетом Красного Креста.
