A method for blocking internet access according to an embodiment may comprise the steps of: maintaining a network address and a category corresponding to the network address as a block list (the network address includes a domain address or an IP address); identifying a network address of the other party with which a user terminal tries to communicate, from an on-going packet; determining whether the category corresponding to the network address of the other party is a category to be blocked using the block list; and blocking the on-going packet if the category corresponding to the network address of the other party is a category to be blocked.
