A second convention in Miscouche in 1884 chose an Acadian national anthem (Ave Maris Stella) , a flag and adopted programs of action to establish French schools, hospitals and newspapers.

Lors de la deuxième convention, à Miscouche, en 1884, un hymne national acadien (Ave Maris Stella) et un drapeau furent choisis. Des plans d'action visant l'établissement d'écoles, d'hôpitaux et de journaux francophones furent également mis au point.
