IDEA supports the demand for an immediate, safe and unconditional return of President Zelaya to his constitutional mandate and the diplomatic efforts of subregional and regional organizations aimed at re-establishing the constitutional order in the country, in particular, those of the Organization of American States following resolution 953, adopted by its Permanent Council.

El Instituto respalda la exigencia del regreso inmediato, incondicional y en condiciones de seguridad del Presidente Zelaya a su mandato constitucional y los esfuerzos diplomáticos de las organizaciones subregionales y regionales dirigidos a restablecer el orden constitucional en ese país, en particular los de la Organización de Estados Americanos en virtud de la resolución 953, aprobada por su Consejo Permanente.
