At its 11th meeting (Ruse, 11-13 December 2002), the Working Group (i) analysed scheduled and actual border stopping times of trains on the Sopron-Bucharest-Sofia-Thessaloniki/Istanbul corridor, (ii) agreed on a monitoring system of border crossing points, (iii) initiated new bilateral agreements between neighbouring countries, and (iv) undertook a technical visit to the Rouse-Giurgiu border crossing.

À sa onzième session, tenue à Ruse du 11 au 13 décembre 2002, le Groupe de travail a i) analysé les temps d’attente aux frontières prévus et réels des trains empruntant le corridor Sopron‐Bucarest‐Sofia‐Thessalonique/Istanbul, ii) décidé d’un système de surveillance des points de franchissement des frontières, iii) pris l’initiative de nouveaux accords bilatéraux entre pays voisins, et iv) entrepris une visite technique au poste frontière de Ruse-Giurgiu.

На своем 11-ом совещании (Русе, 11‐13 декабря 2002 года) Рабочая группа i) проанализировала запланированное и фактическое время остановки поездов на границах в коридоре Шопрон ‐ Бухарест ‐ София - Салоники/Стамбул; ii) согласовала систему мониторинга пограничных переходов; iii) инициировала новые двусторонние соглашения между соседними странами и iv) посетила пограничный переход Русе-Джурджу в целях ознакомления с его техническим оснащением.
