An Hand des Schrifttums wird die Frage des Zustandekommens der hypothalamischen Symptome auf Grund einer Störungszone im Sehhügel ventiliert und vor allem zur Diskussion gestellt, ob nicht auch die transitorische Oligurie in Übereinstimmung mit den Ergebnissen vonVerney und seiner Schule primär vom Thalamus opticus induziert wird.

In the light of the literature of the subject, the possible origin of the hypothalamic symptoms as a result of an area of disturbance in the optic thalamus is discussed, while considerable attention is directed to the possibility that the transient oliguria fits in with the views ofVerney and his school that the condition is produced primarily by the thalamus.

En suivant la littérature, on examine avec soin la question de l'origine des symptômes hypothalamiques résultant d'une zone troublante dans le thalamus optique. On pose surtout la question dans le cas où l'oligurie transitoire est primairement induite par le thalamus optique, en concordance avec les résultats trouvés parVerney et son école.
