ويشمل هذا المصطلح اتفاق الإيجار مع خيار الشراء لاحقا، وإن لم يُشر إليه اسميا على أنه إيجار، شريطة أن يستوفي شروط الفقرة الفرعية ‘1‘ أو ‘2‘ أو ‘3‘؛
