ومن خلال التعاون على أرض الواقع فحسب نستطيع أن نحقق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية في منطقتنا لما فيه خير جميع السكان في الشرق الأوسط، لا من خلال توجيه الكلمات اللاذعة هنا في الأمم المتحدة أو من خلال المزاعم التي لا أساس لها وغير البناءة التي تثار في مداولاتنا.

It is only through cooperation on the ground that we can make the best use of our region’s natural resources for all inhabitants of the Middle East, not through acrimony here at the United Nations or through baseless and unconstructive allegations levelled in our deliberations.
