إن الحق في ممارسة نشاط اقتصادي وفي العمل وكسب القوت، المكرّس في الدستور، يفسّر عموما بأنه يشمل الحق في الحصول على سبل المعيشة بواسطة عمل نظامي أو غير نظامي.
