In particular, it encouraged States members to continue to give priority importance to the implementation of a certain number of instruments: the Pact on Security, Stability and Development in the Great Lakes Region; the Regional Programme of Action for Economic Development and Regional Integration; the proposal concerning the Regional Mechanism for Natural Resource Certification; the Conakry Declaration signed by 17 organizations at the Regional Seminar on the Exploitation of Natural Resources and Rights of Riparian Communities which took place in Conakry from 13 to 15 March 2011, on the initiative of the International Trade Centre for Development and Global Rights.

Alentó en particular a los Estados miembros a que siguieran dando gran importancia a la aplicación de diversos instrumentos, a saber: el Pacto sobre la seguridad, la estabilidad y el desarrollo en la región de los Grandes Lagos; el Programa de Acción Regional para el Desarrollo Económico y la Integración Regional; la propuesta de Mecanismo Regional de Certificación de los Recursos Naturales; y la Declaración de Conakry, firmada por 17 organizaciones durante el seminario regional sobre la explotación de los recursos naturales y los derechos de las comunidades ribereñas que se celebró en Conakry del 13 al 15 de marzo de 2011 por iniciativa del Centre du commerce international pour le développement y de Global Rights.

Il a notamment encouragé les États membres à continuer à accorder une grande importance à la mise en œuvre d’un certain nombre d’instruments à savoir : le Pacte sur la sécurité, la stabilité et le développement dans la région des Grands Lacs; le Programme d’action régional pour le développement économique et l’intégration régionale; la proposition relative au Mécanisme régional de certification des ressources naturelles; la Déclaration de Conakry qui a été signée par 17 organisations lors du Séminaire régional sur l’exploitation des ressources naturelles et les droits des communautés riveraines qui a eu lieu à Conakry du 13 au 15 mars 2011, à l’initiative du Centre du commerce international pour le développement et de Global Rights.
