Pursuant to EU law, residents of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or the BES islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba) are entitled to both the full tax component of the labor tax credit and the income-related combination tax credit, and the Dutch tax authorities take account of this.
