본 발명은 높은 체내 안정성과 생체적합성을 갖는 고분자로 표면 개질된 자기공명 영상 조영제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 림프절 조영증강 목적으로 사용 가능한 만노스가 말단 수식된 고분자로 코팅된 초상자성 자기공명 영상 조영제 및 그것의 제조법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제시하는 만노스가 말단 수식된 고분자로 코팅된 초상자성 자기공명 영상 조영제는 높은 체내 안정성과 생체적합성을 제공할 수 있으며 암의 림프절 전이를 용이하게 진단하기 위해서 사용 가능하다.
