The foregoing applies to the collection of rights arising from primary use of the works pursuant to the fees listed in the Exhibit attached to the Resolution under items I, II and III (movie theaters and wireless TV or CCTV), and to the collection of equal compensation for secondary use of the works (hotels, transportation means, hospitals, restaurants) pursuant to items IV and VIII of the Exhibit attached to the Resolution.-

Este principio rige, tanto para la recaudación de la obra por uso primario a que se refiere el listado arancelario detallado en el Anexo de la Resolución bajo los rubros I, II y III (salas exhibidoras o cinematógrafos y televisión inalámbrica o circuito cerrado), como para la recaudación de la remuneración equitativa por uso secundario (hoteles, transportes, clínicas, locales cualquiera que sea su soporte material, destinadas a su explotación comercial en salas de exhibición pública y que hayan sido objeto de estreno en éstas: Valoración = 15puntos.
