Udvalget, som nedsattes af instituttet for bioetik under fonden for sundhedsvidenskaber, har praktisk taget afsluttet undersoegelsen, som vil blive forelagt officielt i juni, naar de juridiske og sociologiske aspekter er afklaret. Derefter vil konklusionerne blive forelagt de ansvarlige spanske myndigheder, EU og andre involverede internationale organisationer.

Dieser im Rahmen des Instituts für Bioethik der Stiftung für Gesundheitswissenschaften eingesetzte Ausschuß hat diese Studie praktisch fertiggestellt, die bis Juni offiziell vorgelegt werden wird, nachdem die juristische Stellungnahme und das soziologische Problem abgeschlossen sind, und ihre Schlußfolgerungen werden Verantwortlichen in der spanischen Regierung, der Europäischen Union und anderen internationalen Institutionen, die mit der Materie beschäftigt sind, übermittelt werden.

Αυτή η επιτροπή, η οποία δημιουργήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του Ινστιτούτου Δεοντολογίας του Ιδρύματος Επιστημών της Υγείας, έχει ολοκληρώσει τη σχετική μελέτη που θα παρουσιασθεί επισήμως τον Ιούνιο, μετά από την επίλυση των νομικών και κοινωνιολογικών προβλημάτων, τα δε συμπεράσματά της θα διαβιβασθούν στις ισπανικές κυβερνητικές αρχές, στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και σε άλλους διεθνείς οργανισμούς που σχετίζονται με το θέμα.

The committee, set up at the Bioethics Institute at the Foundation for Medical Science, has virtually completed its study, which is due for official release in June or thereabouts, pending completion of the legal proposal and a resolution of the sociological problem; its findings will be submitted to those in the Spanish Government and the European Union with responsibility for this issue and to other international institutions involved in the cloning issue.

Este Comité, creado en el seno del Instituto de Bioético de la Fundación de Ciencias de la Salud, tiene prácticamente finalizado dicho estudio, el cual será presentado oficialmente hacia el mes de junio, una vez rematados la ponencia jurídica y el problema sociológico, y sus conclusiones serán remitidas a responsables gubernamentales españoles, de la Unión Europea y a otras instituciones internacionales implicadas en la materia.

Terveystieteiden säätiön alaisessa bioetiikan instituutissa perustettu komitea on käytännössä lopettanut tutkimuksensa, joka esitetään virallisesti kesäkuun tienoilla, kun oikeudellinen alustus ja sosiologinen ongelma on viimeistelty. Tällöin johtopäätökset toimitetaan Espanjan hallituksen ja Euroopan unionin vastuuhenkilöille ja muille aiheeseen liittyville kansainvälisille instituutioille.

Ce comité, créé au sein de l'Institut de bioéthique de la Fondation des sciences de la santé, a pratiquement achevé cette étude, qui sera présentée officiellement vers le mois de juin, une fois traités l'exposé juridique et le problème sociologique, et ses conclusions seront transmises aux responsables du gouvernement espagnol, de l'Union européenne et aux autres institutions internationales concernées.

Het comité, dat werd opgericht in het kader van het Instituut voor Bio-ethiek van de Stichting voor Wetenschappen en gezondheid, zal het verslag officieel indienen in de maand juni, nadat een aantal juridische en sociologische problemen zijn opgelost.
