لأغراض هذا العمل، ينبغي أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار الصكوك التي هي نافذة المفعول في فنـزويلا والتي تنطبق على النقل المائي: القرار رقم 331، المعدّل بالقرار رقم 393 الصادرين عن مجلس اتفاق قرطاجنة (الجماعة الآندية) بشأن النقل المتعدد الوسائط، الذي ينطبق على النقل الدولي المتعدد الوسائط عندما يكون مكان استلام البضاعة أو تسليمها موجودا في إحدى الدول الأعضاء في الجماعة الآندية.

For the purposes of this work, account should be taken of the instruments which are currently in force in Venezuela and which apply to water transport: Decision No. 331, amended by Decision No. 393 of the Board of the Cartagena Agreement (Andean Community) on multimodal transport, which is applicable to international multimodal transport when the place of receipt or delivery of the goods is in a member State of the Andean Community.

A los efectos del presente trabajo, han de tenerse en cuenta los instrumentos vigentes en Venezuela y que se aplican al transporte marítimo a saber, la Decisión 331, modificada por la Decisión 393 de la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena (Comunidad Andina) relativa al transporte multimodal, aplicable al transporte multimodal internacional cuando el lugar de recepción o de entrega de la mercancía es un Estado miembro de la Comunidad Andina.

Aux fins de ces travaux, il faut tenir compte des instruments actuellement en vigueur au Venezuela qui régissent le transport par eau, à savoir la décision 331, modifiée par la décision 393 du Conseil de l’Accord de Carthagène (Communauté andine) relative au transport multimodal, qui s’applique au transport multimodal international lorsque le lieu de réception ou de livraison des marchandises est situé dans un État membre de la Communauté andine.
