歯列頬側を撮像する場合は、頬側歯列アーチホーム概形相似形仮想曲線の接線に対して直角方向から歯牙頬面方向に、舌側を撮像する場合は歯列アーチホーム概形相似形仮想曲線の接線に対して直角方向から歯牙舌側方向に、咬合面を撮像する場合は、歯列仮想アーチホーム上の歯牙咬合面方向に撮像装置入光部を向け任意の間隔を以て近接撮像が可能な視野角の広い広角レンズを備える複数の撮像装置を設置し、各画像撮像装置の画像情報を合成し、パノラマ平面画像、歯列三次元画像あるいはパノラマムービー画像を表示するとともに、歯列三次元計測座標データから歯列形態のCADデータを出力する。
