The main differences between the M1 VECM presented in this paper and Hendry’s original are that the current model uses adjusted M1 (discussed in section 3) rather than gross M1, and the overnight interest rate rather than the 90-day commercial paper rate.

Il existe deux grandes différences entre le MVCE-M1 présenté ici et le modèle original de Hendry : notre modèle est basé sur M1 corrigé (dont il sera question dans la prochaine section) plutôt que sur M1 brut, et le taux d’intérêt retenu est le taux du financement à un jour plutôt que le taux du papier commercial à 90 jours.
