LE PICLO À L’OEUVRE Pratique exemplaire d’approches préventives en toxicomanie dans la communauté noire anglophone de Montréal Dans le cadre du Partenariat interministériel avec les communautés de langue officielle (PICLO), le Fonds des initiatives communautaires de la Stratégie canadienne antidrogue de Santé Canada finance un projet faisant appel à des ressources communautaires, universitaires et policières pour planifier et mettre en oeuvre des programmes de prévention efficaces dans la communauté noire anglophone de Montréal.
