அறுவடை எந்திரங்கள், விவசாய தோட்டத்தொழில் கருவிகள் போன்ற விவசாயப் பணிகளுக்கு உதவும் எந்திரங்களை மாநிலத்திற்குள்ளேயும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு இடையிலேயும் கொண்டு செல்லுதல். முழு அடைப்பின் போது விவசாயிகளும், சாமான்ய மக்களும் எவ்வித இன்னல்களுக்கும் உள்ளாகாமல் இருப்பதற்கும், சாமான்ய மக்களுக்கு அத்தியாவசிய பொருள்கள் கிடைப்பதை உறுதி செய்வதற்கும், விவசாய மற்றும் பண்ணை செயல்பாடுகள் தடையின்றி நடைபெறவும் என இந்த முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வகையில் மத்திய அரசு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அமைச்சகங்கள் , துறைகள், உரிய மாநில யூனியன் பிரதேச அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோருக்கு உத்தரவுகளை பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.
