The present invention relates to a method for treating the surface of an aluminum oxide (Al2O3) mold ceramic substrate for improving adhesion with a thermal spray-coated film, and the surface treatment method comprises: a step of forming the Al2O3 mold ceramic substrate (step 1); and a step of bead blasting the surface of the Al2O3 mold ceramic substrate (step 2).

본 발명은 용사 코팅막과의 접착력 향상을 위한 산화알루미늄 성형 세라믹 기재의 표면 처리방법에 관한 것으로, Al2O3 성형 세라믹 기재를 만드는 단계(단계 1); 및 상기 Al2O3 성형 세라믹 기재의 표면을 비드 블라스팅(bead blasting) 처리하는 단계(단계 2); 를 포함하여 표면 처리하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 종래 비드 블라스팅(bead blasting) 연마재인 Al2O3 대신 경도가 높은 SiC를 사용함으로 인해 Al2O3 성형 세라믹 기재의 표면 거칠기를 향상시키는 장점이 있으며, Al2O3 성형 세라믹 기재와 용사 코팅막 사이에 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
