وذَكَر أن البلد قائم بتطوير قطاع الطاقة النووية فيه، وتوجد لديه ستة مفاعلات في حالة تشغيل، يجري في الوقت الحالي الإعداد لوقف أحدها عن العمل، ومِرفَق مؤقت واحد لتخزين الوقود المستنفَد ومِرفَق واحد لمعالجة النفايات الإشعاعية.

The country was developing its nuclear energy sector, and had six reactors in operation, one currently being decommissioned, one interim facility for spent fuel storage and one facility for the treatment of radioactive waste.
