وسوف يتم تشغيل صندوق التكيف بواسطة مجلس يشكل وفقا للصيغة المبينة في الفقرة 28 أدناه، تحت إشراف مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو (بتوجيه من مؤتمر الأطراف في الفترة السابقة لبدء نفاذ بروتوكول كيوتو).
