Im Gegensatz zu den Kohleverflüssigung sverfahren nach Bergius werden auch sehr hoch-inkohlte Steinkohlen wie Ess- und Magerkohlen (steam coals, low-volatile bitum inous coals, semi-anthracites) und Anthrazite mit Wasserstoff zur Reaktion gebracht.

Unlike the coal hydroliquefaction method according to Bergius, the inventive method also enables high-rank coalification hard coals such as steam coals, low-volatile bituminous coals, semi-anthracites and anthracites to be reacted using hydrogen.
