One respondent suggested that the selection process for the reconsideration panel should be modelled after the New Drug Committee procedure of the Food and Drug Regulations, Division 8, C.08.009(3). TPD and the sponsor would each select one member of the reconsideration panel and together, choose a third member who will serve as chair.
