Jeg vil gerne komplimentere hr. Garriga Polledo, som har evnet at indkredse nogle af de hovedfaktorer, der har indflydelse på, om disse markeder har succes eller ikke på nuværende tidspunkt, og især fremhæve hans omtale af den modcykliske mekanisme i forbindelse med de op- og nedgangsperioder, som verdensøkonomien har gennemgået i mange år.
