Forbundsrepublikken Tyskland boer derfor bemyndiges til midlertidigt paa sit omraade ogsaa at tillade handel med plantemateriale af Quercus pedunculata Ehrh. produceret i Den tyske demokratiske Republik af froe, der opfylder mindre strenge krav med hensyn til oprindelse, samt handel med froe af Pinus strobus L. produceret i Forbundsrepublikken Tyskland, der opfylder mindre strenge krav med hensyn til oprindelse;

Es empfiehlt sich ausserdem, die Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu ermächtigen, in ihrem Hoheitsgebiet vorübergehend auch Pflanzgut von Quercus pedunculata Ehrh., welches in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik aus Saatgut gezogen worden ist, das minderen Anforderungen genügt im Hinblick auf die Herkunft, sowie in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland erzeugtes Saatgut von Pinus strobus L., das minderen Anforderungen genügt im Hinblick auf die Herkunft zum gewerbsmässigen Verkehr zuzulassen.

Whereas, the Federal Republic of Germany should be authorized to permit temporarily the marketing in its territory of seedlings of Quercus pedunculata Ehrh. produced in the German Democratic Republic from sed satisfying less stringent requirements in respect of provenance, and of seed of Pinus strobus L. produced in the Federal Republic of Germany satisfying less stringent requirements in respect of provenance;

Considerando que es conveniente autorizar a la República Federal de Alemania para que admita temporalmente en su territorio la comercialización de plantones de Quercus pedunculata Ehrh. producidos en la República Democrática Alemana a partir de semillas sometidas a exigencias reducidas en cuanto a su origen; y de semillas de Pinus strobus L. producidas en la República Federal de Alemania y sometidas a exigencias reducidas en cuanto a su origen;
