وينص الاتفاق على أن تواصل الوحدات المتكاملة المشتركة تأمين المحيط الخارجي للمنشآت النفطية إلى غاية 9 تموز/يوليه 2011، بينما تتولى قوات الأمن التابعة لجهاز الأمن والمخابرات الوطني وجهاز شرطة جنوب السودان حماية الدائرة الداخلية.

The agreement stipulates that the Joint Integration Units will continue to secure the outer circle of the oil installations until 9 July 2011, while the security forces from the National Intelligence and Security Services and the Southern Sudan Police Service will protect the inner circle.

En el acuerdo se estipula que las unidades integradas conjuntas sigan encargándose de la seguridad del perímetro exterior de las instalaciones petroleras hasta el 9 de julio de 2011, mientras que las fuerzas de seguridad del Servicio Nacional de Inteligencia y Seguridad y el Servicio de Policía del Sudán Meridional se encargarán de proteger el perímetro interior.
