إذا كانت الموجودات المرهونة تتألف من موجودات تدر دخلا في حوزة المانح، بالقدر الذي يشمل فيه الحق الضماني للدائن الدخل أو العائدات المتأتية عن الموجودات، يجوز أن تتضمن واجبات المانح حفظ سجلات وافية وتقديم حسابات على نحو معقول فيما يتعلق بالتصرف في العائدات المتأتية من الموجودات المرهونة ومناولتها
