وفي حالة الأذربيجانيين، أبلغت الصحافة مؤخرا عن نشر رسالة إلى رئيس الدولة موقعة من أكاديميين وأعضاء في المجلس تدين العنصرية وتسرد ثمانية مطالب، بما فيها إنشاء قناة تلفزية وطنية ناطقة باللغة التركية، والحق في التعليم باللغة التركية، وتلقي المساعدة الإنمائية وشغل أذربيجانيين لمناصب حكومية عليا.

In the case of the Azeris, the press has recently reported the publication of a letter to the President signed by academics and members of the Majlis which condemned racism and listed eight demands, including a Turkish language national television channel, the right to education in Turkish, economic development assistance and the filling of senior government positions with Azeris.

En el caso de los azeríes, la prensa ha informado recientemente de la publicación de una carta dirigida al Presidente y firmada por intelectuales y diputados del Maŷlis, en que se condenaba el racismo y se exigían ocho reivindicaciones, entre ellas, un canal de televisión nacional en lengua turca, el derecho a la educación en turco, asistencia para el desarrollo económico y el acceso de los azeríes a cargos de gobierno de alto nivel.

S'agissant des Azéris, la presse a récemment fait état de la publication d'une lettre du Président signée par des universitaires et des membres du Majlis condamnant le racisme et mentionnant huit revendications portant notamment sur la création, une télévision nationale de langue turque, le droit de recevoir un enseignement en turc, l'aide au développement économique et l'accès des Azéris aux postes de haut responsable.
