(1) Ist gemäß Artikel 57g Absatz 1 Buchstabe b ein Höchstbeihilfebetrag festgesetzt worden, so erteilen die zuständigen Behörden der Mitgliedstaaten den Angeboten, die gemäß Artikel 57f eingereicht wurden und höchstens auf diesen Höchstbetrag unbeschadet von Artikel 57g Absatz 2 lauten, den Zuschlag.

1. Where a maximum amount of the aid has been fixed in accordance with Article 57g(1)(b), the competent authorities of the Member States shall accept tenders notified in accordance with Article 57f which are equal to or lower than the maximum amount without prejudice to Article 57g(2).

(1) Amennyiben az 57g. cikk (1) bekezdésének b) pontjával összhangban meghatározták a támogatás maximális mértékét, úgy a tagállam illetékes hatósága köteles elfogadni az 57f. cikkel összhangban bejelentett, a maximális összeggel egyező vagy annál alacsonyabb összeget tartalmazó pályázatokat az 57g. cikk (2) bekezdésének sérelme nélkül.

(1) În cazul în care se fixează o valoare maximă a ajutorului în conformitate cu articolul 57g alineatul (1) litera (b), autoritățile competente ale statelor membre acceptă ofertele notificate în conformitate cu articolul 57f care sunt egale sau mai mici decât valoarea maximă, fără a aduce atingere articolului 57g alineatul (2).
