عند إنهاء هذا الاتفاق، تسلم السلطة للحكومة أماكن العمل في حالة جيدة، عدا ما يترتب على البلي والاستعمال، والعوامل الجوية، والقوة القاهرة، والفقد بفعل الحريق، وغير ذلك من مخاطر يمكن التأمين عليها

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Authority shall surrender the Premises to the Government in good condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear, the elements, force majeure and loss through fire and other insurable risks excepted

Una vez terminado el presente Acuerdo, la Autoridad entregará los locales al Gobierno en buen estado y en condiciones adecuadas, sin perjuicio del desgaste normal, los daños causados por los elementos y por fuerza mayor, incendio u otros riesgos asegurables
