(6) Die Mitgliedstaaten stellen sicher, dass die vertraglich festgelegte Zahlungsfrist nicht die in Absatz 3 genannten Fristen überschreitet, es sei denn im Vertrag ist ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart und dies ist aufgrund der besonderen Natur oder Merkmale des Vertrags sachlich gerechtfertigt, und dass die Zahlungsfrist in keinem Fall 60 Kalendertage überschreitet.

6. Member States shall ensure that the period for payment fixed in the contract does not exceed the time limits provided for in paragraph 3, unless otherwise expressly agreed in the contract and provided it is objectively justified in the light of the particular nature or features of the contract, and that it in any event does not exceed 60 calendar days.

(6) A tagállamok biztosítják, hogy a szerződésben megállapított fizetési határidő ne haladja meg a (3) bekezdésben megállapított határidőket, kivéve, ha a szerződésben kifejezetten másként állapodtak meg, és feltéve, hogy a szerződés egyedi jellege vagy sajátossága miatt az tényszerűen indokolt, de a fizetési határidő semmi esetre sem haladhatja meg a 60 naptári napot.

(6) Statele membre se asigură că termenul de plată stabilit în contract nu depășește termenele stabilite la alineatul (3), cu excepția cazului în care acesta este stabilit expres în contract și este justificat în mod obiectiv ținând cont de natura sau caracteristicile specifice ale contractului, și în orice caz nu ar trebui să depășească 60 de zile calendaristice.
