وخلال الإحاطة الإعلامية التي تلقاها المفتشان من المسؤولين في مكتب الأمم المتحدة في جنيف بشأن الخطة الاستراتيجية لحفظ التراث لتجديد قصر الأمم، لاحظا أنه قد جرى بالفعل تطبيق الدرس المستفاد من المخطط العام لتجديد المقر فيما يتعلق بضرورة حساب التكاليف المرتبطة بالمشروع أو التكاليف غير المباشرة وإدراجها في ميزانية المشروع منذ بدايته.

During their briefing with United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) officials on the Strategic Heritage Plan (SHP) for the renovation of the Palais des Nations, the Inspectors noted that the important lesson learned from the CMP regarding the necessity of calculating and including associated or indirect costs in the project budget from its inception had already been applied.

Durante su sesión informativa con funcionarios de la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas en Ginebra (ONUG) en relación con el Plan Estratégico para la Renovación del Palacio de las Naciones, los Inspectores observaron que ya se habían aplicado las importantes enseñanzas obtenidas del Plan Maestro de Mejoras de Infraestructura en relación con la necesidad de calcular e incluir los costos asociados o indirectos en el presupuesto del proyecto desde un primer momento.

Во время состоявшегося в Отделении Организации Объединенных Наций в Женеве (ЮНОГ) брифинга с участием должностных лиц, отвечающих за осуществление стратегического плана сохранения наследия (СПСН) в рамках реконструкции Дворца Наций, инспекторы отметили, что извлеченные из осуществления ГПКР важные уроки относительно необходимости расчета и учета сопутствующих или косвенных расходов в бюджете проекта с момента разработки его концепции уже находят свое применение.
