Disclosed is a device for producing single crystals by means of the Czochralski method that is equipped with a crucible that holds a starting material, a main chamber housing a heater that heats said starting material to form a melt, and a pulling chamber that is connected to the top of said main chamber and in which a single crystal that has been grown is pulled and held.

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif permettant de fabriquer des monocristaux au moyen du procédé de Czochralski qui comprend un creuset qui comporte un matériau de départ, une chambre principale destinée à recevoir un dispositif de chauffage qui chauffe ledit matériau de départ pour former une masse fondue, et une chambre de tirage qui est raccordée à la partie supérieure de ladite chambre principale et dans laquelle un monocristal qui s'est développé, est tiré et conservé.

本発明は、原料を収容するルツボと、該原料を加熱して原料融液にするヒータを格納するメインチャンバと、該メインチャンバの上部に連設され、育成した単結晶が引き上げられて収容されるプルチャンバとを具備するチョクラルスキー法による単結晶製造装置であって、前記ヒータと前記メインチャンバとの間に配置され、前記ヒータからの輻射熱を遮断するインナーシールドと、該インナーシールドを下方から支持する支持部材とを有し、前記インナーシールドは前記支持部材と3箇所以上の支点で接触して支持され、前記インナーシールドの下端は前記支点以外では前記支持部材と接触しないものであることを特徴とする単結晶製造装置である。
